In a world where nearly everyone is always online, there is no offline.

The RX Breakfast Briefing is back!

For the first time in three years, the retail industry is invited to come together once again for the RX Group Breakfast Briefing, to learn and share insights on the new face of retail and CX.

With NZ Marketing magazine as media partner, the event will take place at the Auckland War Memorial Museum on November 1, 2022 from 7am-9am, and boasts a jam packed programme filled with the latest insights and innovations to make waves in the retail world.

Juanita Neville – Te Rito, RX Group Founder and MD, says the purpose of this thought-leadership event is to stimulate people’s brains, uncover new ideas and opportunities and take away insights to propel their businesses forward.

“It’s been a long time since we have been able to share, as a community, insights and a look at excellence from around the world in the area of retail and customer experience.

“We have been in a little bit of a bubble, and that has impacted our ability to stretch our thinking and understand what good looks like, let alone great. Customers have significantly changed their behaviours and this is impacting everything from the way that we work, live and relax.”

Earlier this year Neville – Te Rito did a retail study tour through parts of Europe and was able to see some exciting innovation from countries that got back to business quicker than New Zealand.

Drawing from this experience, Neville Te-Rito will take attendees on a journey of the key drivers of this ‘new retail face’ and what it means for New Zealand businesses.

There will also be keynote speakers from software company Ambit on the evolution of conversational commerce in retail, financial company Klarna on how to connect key talent with customers, and Joots on finding data gold.
