Customer experience marketing agency Flight has strengthened its leadership team with two recent promotions and the appointment of its first Head of Delivery role.
Following a period of strong agency growth, Lauren Walsh has been promoted to Head of Client Services and Katala Randell promoted to Head of Design. The agency has also welcomed Nico Caracciolo as Head of Delivery.
With a blended background in strategic client service and digital project management, Lauren Walsh joined Flight last year as Senior Account Director following various agency roles in New Zealand and London. In her new role Lauren will continue to provide expertise to clients whilst shaping the overall direction of Flight’s client service team to support the delivery of remarkable customer experiences.
Katala Randell also joined Flight last year as Design Lead. A highly experienced, multi-disciplinary and award-winning designer, Katala has transformed the agency’s creative offering in a short space of time. As Head of Design Randell will continue to nurture Flight’s top-tier design team whilst developing clever creative solutions to solve problems and create customer experiences that help fuel life-long brand advocacy.
To continue scaling its capability and growth, Flight has also this month appointed Nico Caracciolo as its first-ever Head of Delivery. A resourceful leader with a strong background in client service and project management for some of the world’s largest brands, Nico has spent the last six years heading up delivery at Satellite.
In his new role Caracciolo will own the delivery of Flight’s strategy, creative, tech and performance marketing services. He’ll drive the strategic direction of the delivery function while leading a team of project managers and getting his hands dirty to help solve challenges and deliver impactful solutions for clients and their customers.
Flight’s founder and managing director Victor Green says: “Over the past few years we’ve put in work to bring together a team who deliver exceptional value and a quality of work that rivals the best. Our most recent round of promotions paired with welcoming Nico in as Head of Delivery has really cemented our structure. I’m humbled to work alongside such incredible people and our team is extremely excited for Flight’s future.”
