One Plus One Communications appoints Max Burt as General Manager

One Plus One Communications has appointed Max Burt to the newly created role of General Manager, to lead the day-to-day operations and continued growth of the business. 

The appointment comes seven months after Burt arrived at One Plus One and builds on the strong momentum he’s helped created, including securing several significant new business wins and expanding the capability of the team.

Founder and Managing Director of One Plus One, Kelly Bennett, says the appointment also reflects the significant value Burt has brought to the business, which was established in 2013, coupled with his suitability to help lead it.

“I was really impressed the day I met Max, and that level of expectation of what he could bring to the table has been exceeded on pretty much every conceivable front over the last few months. His people skills, strategic competence and creative ability adds further firepower to our offer, so it was an easy decision to extend his remit and areas of responsibility,” he says.

“I’m hugely excited by what Max and I can make happen, and the prospect of continuing to leverage his talents to create distinctive PR and communications work that builds our clients’ brands and businesses,” says Bennett.

Burt is similarly enthusiastic about the news announced today, and what the future holds for One Plus One.
