Unbound has bolstered its award-winning team with three new hires. Brooke Wilson joins as an Account Manager while Magdalena Morgan and Samuel Cook step into Campaign Manager roles.
Quentin Weber, founder and CEO of Unbound, said the appointments are an outward sign of the company’s growth.
“We have doubled in size over the last three years. Our clients like our no-bullshit approach to getting results that don’t just sound impressive but actually impact the bottom line.”
All three new appointments have strong marketing experience, which Weber said was a critical consideration when hiring:
“As an agency, we are dead set on looking at the bigger picture. We specialise in digital because we are damn good at it. But we also need to understand our client’s businesses and have a handle on marketing fundamentals. Otherwise, we are just button pushers,” says Weber.
Brooke Wilson has a strong background in e-commerce with previous experience at TheMarket, 1day.co.nz, and MightyApe. Plus, B2B experience with Epson and, more recently, iCLAW.
Magdalena Morgan joins from Precious Metals Group, where she was marketing manager. Samuel Cook joins from a digital role with Flight Centre Travel Group. Both also have marketing experience in trade products and services.
“Our team has incredibly diverse experience, and that’s important as an agency because our clients, too, are diverse,” says Quentin.
The trio have now started with Unbound.
