oOh!media NZ has announced that Katie Smith will be joining the team in the newly created role of Network Performance Director from Q3 this year.
Smith will be transferring from the Melbourne oOh!media office and will join the Network and Solutions team in Auckland.
The main objective for this new hybrid role will be to support the delivery of oOh!’s optimised Out of Home advertising network. This will involve close collaboration with the Sales, Operations, and Commercial teams, with a strong focus on driving strategic revenue growth and ensuring excellent performance across the entire oOh!media network.
Smith’s wins at oOh! continue to shine. With her vast experience specialising in a number of oOh! channels including retail, airports, large format, she was able to move into a network role and bring the large format proposition together under ‘Impact’, with a wider audience and customer objective lens. She has also built and delivered various training programmes (both internally and externally), catering to the changing landscapes and needs of oOh! customers.
Rick Goodwin, Product Innovation & Solutions Director at oOh!media says he is ecstatic that Smith has made the decision to hop across the ditch and join the New Zealand team.
“It’s no secret that Katie has been an integral member of the Product team since joining oOh! in 2017, working across numerous product specialist roles across the business. Over this time, Katie has been the backbone of driving revenue, training, GTM and product initiatives including most recently, playing a key role in the launch of our Dimensions (3D) offerings.”
“Not only has she been an incredible leader in this business, providing mentorship to many members of the oOh! team, she is an amazing team player and we are thrilled to have her join us in NZ to continue on this awesome work and hit the ground running with this new role.”
Smith will be making the move across the ditch to begin her new role in Q3.
