After experiencing continuous expansion, independent agency One Plus One Communications is introducing David Bull and Molly Crossland, who are assuming the roles of Account Director and Senior Account Manager, respectively.
Managing Director, Kelly Bennett, says he’s thrilled with the latest round of new talent and the experience and expertise that the pair bring to the team.
“Our success is driven by people who bring their creativity, dedication, and strategic thinking to the table, each and every day,” says Bennett. “These new appointments will elevate our capabilities even further and amplify our clients’ voices in the areas we specialise in, particularly earned and owned media.”
David Bull began his communications career agency-side at independent New Zealand agencies Undertow and Public Library, with key clients including Disney (helping launch Disney+ in this market), The Warehouse and Converse.
He joined One Plus One from Oxfam Aotearoa where he was Media and Public Relations lead for the past two years, driving awareness for the organisation and positioning key policy issues within the public square.
Molly Crossland joins the agency with a strong corporate communications background, most recently from leading law firm MinterEllisonRuddWatts, where she spent three years in a variety of different roles.
She possesses a proven track record of excellent project management, building strong brand presence and fostering exceptional stakeholder engagement. Molly has also gained skills in advertising, digital marketing and event production.
In addition to the two new hires, Magenta Boyd and Grace Ulu have been promoted to Senior Account Director and Senior Account Executive, respectively.
“Both Grace and Magenta have made a significant impact to our business over the past year, nailing their roles with skill, integrity and aplomb – their promotions are incredibly well-deserved,” says Bennett.
