AUCKLAND, Today: New Zealand’s beloved ad couple, Ben and Amy, introduce a new furry friend in ASB’s latest campaign. The campaign, created by The Monkeys Aotearoa, part of Accenture Song, highlights the role of ASB’s Home Ownership Managers.
In a series of fun films, we meet Sunny the Saint Bernard and Teana, a real-life ASB Home Ownership Manager. Teana helps Ben and Amy adjust their home to accommodate their new family member.
The campaign showcases ASB’s expertise in guiding Kiwis through every stage of homeownership. From renovations to adjusting mortgage payments, ASB is there to support and assist.
ASB Chief Marketing Officer Helen Fitzsimons says, “We’re here to help New Zealanders achieve their home ownership goals. We understand the Kiwi dream of owning your own home, and we know that even for those who do own a home, the current situation is rarely the final goal.
“As people’s lives, families and jobs expand and change, so too do their priorities, and we’re committed to helping our customers at every step of their home ownership journey,” Helen adds.
“Our new campaign highlights the incredible work our home ownership managers do and how they go the extra mile for our customers, whatever life throws at them.” – Helen Fitzsimons
New Zealanders can connect with a local Home Ownership Manager through the ASB website. Existing customers can book appointments via the ASB Mobile Banking App or explore digital tools like the Better Homes Top Up Loan and ASB Life Insurance.
The campaign also features interactive street posters designed for dogs. These ‘sniff’ posters, created with Phantom Billstickers, are scattered across Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch.
Helen Fitzsimons adds, “Our new campaign highlights the incredible work our home ownership managers do and how they go the extra mile for our customers, whatever life throws at them.”
The Monkeys Aotearoa Chief Creative Officer Damon Stapleton says, “A home is more than just four walls; it’s a space where life happens. But sometimes, your home gets out of sync with your life and you just need more space.
“In our latest campaign, we again turn to Ben and Amy to showcase how the constantly evolving life of a homeowner can be aided by a passionate ASB Home Ownership Manager.”
