Special is bolstering its strategic offering with the appointment of Jane Etheridge as strategy director, effective immediately.
She has returned to New Zealand after spending the last five years in London working for Hunter Design on clients such as M&S, Berkeley Homes, Qatari Diar, Aldar UAE and London Square.
Etheridge says she looks forward to bringing an international perspective to local challenges and continuing to create exceptional work with the team.
“I’m thrilled to be back home after an incredible five years in London and to be joining the strategy team of the world’s most effective independent agency.
“I kept a very close eye on Special’s work while abroad and was continuously impressed with the calibre of their strategic work and creativity.”
Great energy and dynamic
Special’s partner and chief strategy officer Rory Gallery says he is thrilled to have a talent like Jane on board.
“She has honed her skillset abroad, and we are already seeing her adept ability across a multitude of projects. And while it’s always great to have the best of the best, working with genuinely great people is always the goal, and Jane brings a great energy and dynamic to the team,” says Gallery.
Etheridge is based in the Auckland office.
