BUSAN, KOREA, Today: The Young Ad Stars competition is making a determined pitch for Kiwi young creatives and uni students this year.
FCB NZ ECD Peter Vegas is on the judging panel, joining jurors from Hong Kong, USA, Japan, Thailand, UK, Germany, Brazil, Singapore, Australia, Pakistan, and Russia
“It would be great to have some teams representing New Zealand,” said Ad Stars chair Hwan-Jin Choi.
“We would like to encourage new ideas at a difficult time for our industry, with many junior creatives worried for their future.”

Gold-winning New Stars and Young Stars will receive KRW 5 million ($ NZ6k)
Usually, teams meet in Busan, but this year’s participants will come together virtually.
The deadline to enter is Wednesday 23 September, and the successful teams will be notified on Wednesday 14 October.
