Together has announced its latest client – Barfoot & Thompson – after being appointed as the new retained media agency for the leading real estate company.
The appointment covers Barfoot & Thompson’s brand and central marketing activity and will see the independent media agency working across strategy, data, ad technology and media planning/buying.
Barfoot & Thompson say Together was chosen for its strategic approach, independence and collaborative working model.
Caroline Dobby, Barfoot & Thompson Advertising Manager, says: “As Auckland’s leading real estate agency, we were looking for a media partner that could help us create competitive advantage through outstanding media thinking.
“We were really impressed by Together’s team, digital and data capabilities and their collaborative approach to bringing media and creative thinking together.”
Rufus Chuter, Managing Partner at Together adds: “We’re delighted to be partnering with Barfoot & Thompson to help continue their incredible success story. Real estate is a dynamic, competitive category that’s ready for fresh thinking, so we’re excited to be joining the team.”
The appointment arrives as the City Works Depot-based agency celebrates its second birthday, with recent highlights including being the most awarded independent media agency at the 2020 IAB Digital Advertising Awards and the recruitment of data heavyweight Torsten Stolt to lead the agency’s data practice.
The partnership is effective as of 1 December.
