Allison Yorston has been appointed as the new Director of Energy and Transformation at Frucor Suntory, taking the helm of one of the company’s most iconic brands – V Energy.
Yorston is heading up the Energy and Transformation portfolio after being with Frucor Suntory for two-and-a-half years as the Director of Nutrition and Fun and Enjoyment; managing the Juice, Pepsi & Partner Brands portfolio.
She brings more than 18 years experience, from roles in ‘blue chip’ FMCGs, telcos and retail marketing across both New Zealand and Australia.
Most recently, Yorston’s team led the market turnaround for Frucor Suntory’s juice portfolio and worked closely with PepsiCo to re-sign a multi-year Bottler agreement for the New Zealand market.
She says she’s looking forward to the new challenge.
“Having the opportunity to work on, lead and shape a brand like V doesn’t come around too often in your career. It’s a sense of responsibility that I won’t take lightly, and I intend for us to have a lot of fun along the way!”
Yorston’s appointment will see her continue to work as part of Frucor Suntory’s Consumer Leadership Team.
