Sales Team Support Role

Reporting to Sales Director
Are you fresh out of uni or just embarking on the early stages of your massively successful advertising career? Are you looking for a job in a high energy, innovative and fun out of home media company?  

Shout Media is on the hunt for someone to support our sales team.   We are a bunch of energetic savvy thinkers who have carved our way in the OOH industry by building great campaigns which generate plenty of talkability for our amazing clients.  No two days are the same in our office, we work hard and play hard and absolutely believe in building a supportive and inclusive culture.

The Role
As the support person for the Shout sales team, you may have some experience/understanding as to how OOH media works, however this is not essential.  More important will be your amazing attention to detail, and your time management skills.

Our media booking cycle dictates the need for someone who is fast pace and agile and who has the ability to respond to briefs in a timely manner, often involving some creative flair.

You will mainly be working on agency accounts supporting the account managers, so your ability to multi task, jump from one campaign to the next, as well as deal with multiple stakeholders must be next level.

This role will involve working with our booking system, as well as generating mock ups of creative concepts for street poster special builds, so we will require you to have a strong understanding of the Google suite, plus intermediate level skills in photoshop (or similar).

The Responsibilities
Support agency account managers to grow house accounts + build new business by helping them with planning and booking campaigns. 

Participating in the creative process by coming up with special build ideas and then translate into mock ups.

Conduit between Sales, Production & Operations teams.

Ensuring all required requests are completed on time.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years study in Comms, Marketing, Business or similar fields
  • Photoshop experience
  • A solid knowledge of Google suite
  • A strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
