AUCKLAND, Today: Universal TV – a channel dedicated to crime & drama procedurals – will launch in NZ in 10 days (on Friday 30th) on Sky with a slate of crime & drama procedurals from the Universal TV catalogue.
The debut will be spearheaded by the Dick Wolf series, including Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Chicago Fire, Chicago PD and Chicago Med, with first-run NZ premieres on the channel each year.
NBCUniversal International Networks already has a presence in Africa, Australia, Brazil and across Latin America. The NZ shows will be accessible on the Universal TV channel, Sky Go and Sky On Demand.
Universal TV will be joining existing NBCUniversal channels E! and CNBC on the Sky platform.
