AUCKLAND, Today: Freeman’s Bay-based full-service indie Contagion and Universal Homes has launched its first brand campaign since winning the account in March.
Contagion founder Dean Taylor said: “The campaign celebrates Universal’s commitment to NZ home owners.
“We are super proud of Universal Homes. They have been helping New Zealanders in to affordable homes for over three generations which is a wonderful pedigree.
“The work comes straight from the insight that the road to home ownership is paved with many stresses, and New Zealanders want assurance from somebody who has their best interests at heart.
“Universal Homes is that company, building quality homes and communities where Kiwis can thrive today, tomorrow, and beyond.”
Universal Homes head of marketing Philippa Morris, said: “Listening to our market and the insights on their needs for buying a home, has enabled us to really showcase what matters when purchasing a new home.
“Our campaign focuses on offering buyers an easy alternative and delivering warm leads to Universal Homes show homes.”
“The team at Contagion really took the time to understand our consumer and how we can translate that into messaging both in video and static digital assets.”
“This campaign is a success story in agility and transnational collaboration within a global pandemic environment.
“We used production company Truman Films working alongside Contagion remotely from Australia to deliver multiple executions.
“The multi-channel media approach to surrounding new home buyers and investors that includes a partnership with Stuff’s Homed, was developed by Contagion Media.”
Head of client service (media) Vanessa Williams said: “The path to purchase of a home can take months, even years and can be an expensive, repetitive cycle.
“Our campaign focuses on offering buyers an easy alternative and delivering warm leads to Universal Homes’ show homes.”
