“The B Corp certification does not just evaluate a product or service, it assesses the overall positive impact of the company that stands behind it.
“D3 was founded under the principle of ‘there must be a better way’ which has guided how we work with our clients, but also how we act as a business, and the impact we have on our team, our partners, the environment, the community and our customers.”
“Simply to be certified as a B Corp was a massive honour.
“The B Corp certification does not just evaluate a product or service, it assesses the overall positive impact of the company that stands behind it.”
“Our policies that ensure financial security for our employees, our commitment to a fully NZ-based workforce, and methodologies to ensure no gender pay gaps, profit share bonus schemes, commitment to training, and most importantly worker empowerment stood out to the B Corp community.”
