To fast track growth opportunities both nationally and internationally, LENS Technology & Analytics has appointed Nikhil Elayat as Business Director.
Elayat joins from Stanley Street, where he was Head of Advertising Technology and played a pivotal role in building the agency’s adtech functions within the performance team, as well as scaling support and operations across key clients.
He has over six years’ experience working in digital strategy, multi-channel marketing and adtech, and has previously held positions at Acquire, Verizon Media and Mindshare.
Elayat sits on the IAB NZ Digital Effectiveness Council and was awarded Council Member of the Year at the 2020 IAB NZ Digital Advertising Awards.
The appointment addresses the unprecedented demand LENS is currently experiencing from OOH operators worldwide.
LENS Chief Technical Officer Robin Arnold says: “In order to maximise these rapid responses we needed to hire a suitably talented Business Director to manage this overwhelming interest and help project manage new installations and accounts.
“Nikhil is the perfect fit with his extensive expertise and technical know-how. With so much scope and opportunity, Elayat is ideally placed to take LENS into the next stage of its accelerated growth. His appointment is a vital part of our scale and we are looking forward to his impact on the business.”
Elayat says: “I’m incredibly excited to be joining this team with so much existing and future potential. I haven’t seen anything quite like LENS’ measurement technologies and innovation standards that provide accuracy, consistency and transparency.
“As more advertisers and agencies demand greater audience accountability from out of home operators, LENS is clearly resonating across the industry and the entire world. I’m looking forward to taking the business to the next level.”
The business launched Rover, a portable surveillance unit for OOH operators, in April.
