Clio names 2 Kiwi jurors

AUCKLAND, Today: Run agency co-founder/CCO, Raymond Otene McKay (Ngaati Mahuta, Ngāti Rongomaiwahine, Ngāti Porou and Ngāti Pūkeko) is one of two Kiwis appointed to the jury for the Clio Awards 2022.

The other NZ juror in New York next year will be Jolin Lee from Motion Sickness.

Clio celebrates bold and innovative creative work. McKay will be a part of the Print and Out of Home jury, joining other leading CDs from all around the globe. At press time, Lee’s role was not known.


“The final deadline is 4 February, with the results announced April.”


McKay honed his skills at Colenso BBDO, Saatchi & Saatchi, Clemenger BBDO, TBWA Whybin, Lowe, Draft FCB, DDB, and 99. He started Run in 2016.

“It’s an honour to represent Māori and indigenous people from around the world, and be an example for rangatahi, so they see themselves represented at the highest levels,” he said.Raymond.
