AUCKLAND, Wednesday: Home ventilation leaders HRV and their media agency partner Sneakers Media, have collaborated with property listings giant realestate.co.nz to develop a custombuilt API integration, providing property seekers with more helpful information on their house-hunting journey.
The API integration fuses residential listing data with anonymised HRV installed property data. Each listing flagged with an installed or serviced HRV home ventilation system, displays an HRV badge within the property features of the listing.
HRV marketing GM Chris Masterson said: “Our State of the Nation Survey 2021 uncovered that half of Kiwis who own, or rent have moved in the past 5 years.
“And over one in five said cold, damp or mould was the main reasons for it. Home ventilation is super important to help combat these issues by driving out the stale, damp air from your home by replacing it with drier air from your roof.”
“Using data in this integrated way was new for us, and we love that we can provide our users with more valuable information, making their journey a little easier.”
realestate.co.nz marketing GM Vanessa Williams said: “We know that finding a warm, drier home is a key motivation for property seekers.
“Using data in this integrated way was new for us, and we love that we can provide our users with more valuable information, making their journey a little easier.”
Sneakers Media managing partner Eddy Whatt said: the partnership demonstrates the power of collaboration, resulting in true value to the advertiser, media owner and consumer.
“This partnership ticks every box, not only for HRV and realestate.co.nz but also provides value to the consumer which is pretty rare to find. We’re proud to have worked with HRV and realestate.co.nz to bring the partnership to life.”
