‘Bloody’ good recruitment campaign goes to extremes to bring in new talent to Plato Creative

A sauce made with human parts is the feature of a recruitment campaign launched by Christchurch agency Plato Creative at the end of January.

The campaign targets people nationwide as well as ex-pats returning to New Zealand in order to add  more creative, marketing and digital talent to their team.

CEO of Plato Creative, John Plato says: “People really are our special sauce; it’s a phrase that’s been part of our culture for a long time. It’s authentically us and the idea certainly cuts through. It proves we’re offering the right environment for developing brave, fun work. That’s important because we know creativity is the language our target audience understands. We also want to let other businesses and brands know we’re the right partner if they’re looking for an ambitious agency to align with.”

John reassures the public the Plato Creative team are all happy and willing to give what it takes to ensure their clients enjoy better outcomes and better experiences.

Plato Creative is an independently owned and operated, full-service advertising and marketing agency based in Christchurch.
