NEW YORK, Today: FCB New Zealand and Special Auckland collected Gold Pencils in The One Show 2022, held last night in the Big Apple.
All Gold, Silver, Bronze Pencil and Merit winners were announced in advance of The One Show 2022 in-person awards show later today in New York, where all Special Awards including Best of Show, Best of Disciplines, and Agency of the Year will be revealed.
FCB NZ (with 3&7 Los Angeles) was awarded a Gold, a Bronze and three Merits for Waka Kotahi Toll Booth.
Special Auckland picked up its Gold Pencil, working with The Post Office Auckland, for David’s Unusables on behalf of Motor Neurone Disease NZ. Special also won a Silver, a Bronze and a Merit for the work.

Globally, Leo Burnett Chicago was the top-scoring Gold Pencil winner with 20 Golds, all for The Lost Class on behalf of Change the Ref.
A total of 19,579 pieces from 66 countries and regions were entered in The One Show 2022, an increase of 10.5% over last year. Agencies, studios, brands, production companies and designers in 44 countries and regions were awarded 192 Gold Pencils, 164 Silver, 233 Bronze and 1022 Merits.
The One Show 2022 Global, Regional and Country Creative Rankings will be announced in three days – on Monday 23 May.
