On behalf of our client, a creative tech company making waves in the cutting edge of web3 and NFTs, The Pond is looking for an Intermediate Graphic & Digital Designer currently punching above their weight to join a fast-growing team making their mark in the Metaverse.
This person will have experience in the graphic and digital design space, previously from an agency or progressive in-house environment, used to working in a highly dynamic and agile team, and be knee-deep in the new world of NFTs and the Metaverse. Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have experience with producing and designing engaging content for multiple digital and social platforms, you’ll have a knack for working to a brand tone of voice, and know when and how to push the creative boundaries for maximum cut-through and impact with audiences.
This role is exciting as you’ll get to work closely with a talented Marketing team to scope out exciting international projects to develop engaging, eye-catching content with big budgets for a new generation of digital consumers on the cutting edge of creative technology. The breakdown
We are looking for an accomplished designer with:
- Min 2+ years’ experience in an intermediate-level Graphic / Digital Design role
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Premiere Pro and Figma (highly advantageous)
- A real passion and understanding of Web3, Crypto, and NFTs
Proven results and experience in…
- Strong conceptual design thinking
- Ability to take the creative lead on new projects
- Confidence in managing your work pipeline to deliver different projects simultaneously
- Strong in branding, design systems, typography, colour palettes, imagery, etc.
- Experience across digital design – Campaign creation and ideation, EDMs, landing pages, interface design, banners, interactive PDFs, and digital assets for social.
- End-to-end ownership of taking briefs, planning and scoping deliverables with the Marketing team, ideation, concept delivery, artwork production (print & digital), and delivering said creative on time and within budget
- Development of brand consistency and working to brand guidelines
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Working well to fast and deadline-driven environments
