FCB Media has bolstered its senior leadership team, elevating key talent and introducing new roles off the back of a period of growth for the agency.
Previous Managing Director, Blair Alexander, has been elevated to CEO of FCB Media and Chief Growth Officer for FCB Aotearoa. Terri Collier steps into Blair’s MD shoes, with more responsibility for FCB Media’s overall direction and management.
Anne Lipsham has moved into the role of Chief Strategy Officer / Media, supported by Chris Thomas, Group Strategy and Product Director, and will lead FCB Media’s strategic output, responsible for its development and stewardship.
As Group Strategy and Product Director, Chris Thomas will work with FCB NZ’s specialist teams and Mediabrands APAC, to continue to bring the very best local and global products to our media teams and clients.
Newly recruited Agata Ziemianska takes the role of Head of Digital Planning, and is responsible for developing data-driven planning approaches and advanced measurement solutions.
These new roles will work closely with new incoming talent to further develop these capabilities, which will be announced in coming weeks.
David Turner continues to lead FCB Media’s Investment and Partnerships team, while Philippa Allnutt continues in the recently created role of Head of Connections Planning, responsible for managing and evolving FCB’s channel-less connections planning approach, putting customers at the centre of what the agency does.
With a background in finance, combined with her previous experience as a GBD, Luz Valanzasca continues in the role of Growth & Performance Director, supporting the agencies financial performance, pricing strategies and development of new revenue streams
