The publishing industry’s finest have been short listed for this year’s Webstar Magazine Media Awards 2022 (WMMA), an event dedicated to the craft of storytelling.
Following two years of virtual award ceremonies, Magazine Publishers Association members and associates will finally have the chance to gather in person once again to celebrate and showcase the best in magazine creativity and initiative, during what has been a challenging time for media.
This year’s awards will honour the very best magazine brands, initiatives and individuals who deliver on inspiring innovation, commercial success and create compelling showcases of creativity across multiple platforms.
Publisher and MPA chair Nicholas Burrowes says he is looking forward to seeing publishers who continue to push the boundaries of what it means to be a magazine brand in today’s media environment.
He adds that the calibre of finalists in these awards are always high and this year it is no different.
“The 2022 finalists make it clear: they are experts of their respective fields that cannot be found elsewhere.
“Across this year’s finalists, judges will be looking out for “forward-thinking mindsets that creates new and fantastic outcomes for their audiences and own businesses alike,” Burrowes says.
