Hybrid design, production and events agency MetroEXP has been appointed by Arvida Retirement Living as its new design agency.
With 35 retirement communities throughout New Zealand, Arvida was looking for a partner to help communicate its vision of transforming the aging experience with a focus on helping people live well, both inside and out.
With 14 percent of New Zealanders aged 75+ living in retirement villages, and residency rates expected to increase by 23,000 people by 2028, Arvida has seen the demand for their wide range of living options in their retirement and care communities skyrocket.
Kylie Gibson, Head of Brand and Marketing at Arvida, says: “We are always looking for ways to improve residents’ lives and are committed to putting the wellbeing of everyone who is a part of the Arvida community at the heart of everything we do.
“Ensuring we continue to build communities that support connection with the neighbourhoods and people around them is a top priority. In communicating this, we needed a design agency that could work with us at speed and with detailed creativity.
“MetroEXP has hit the ground running and has felt like an extension of our marketing team from the word go, which is exactly what we needed.”
Penny Wolhuter, Managing Partner at MetroEXP, says they are enjoying working on the brand.
“From press ads, signage, floor plans and brochures, we’ve loved getting stuck into the Arvida brand and everything it offers the retirement living community in New Zealand.”
