AUCKLAND, Wednesday: The AA has appointed Jenni Ryan to the newly created role of chief marketing officer to develop the association’s membership offer and build on the brand’s legacy as “one of New Zealand’s most loved and trusted brands” as it approaches its 120th year.
AA ceo Nadine Tereora said: “We are thrilled to welcome Jenni to the AA in this new role focused on uniting all our brand and communication touchpoints and driving engagement with our members to ensure our member value proposition remains compelling for another 120 years.”

Ryan is an experienced executive with four years as the ceo of the Skin Institute Group, and a decade working at The Warehouse Group focused on brand and marketing, including some time as chief customer officer.

She commences the role in May.
