AUCKLAND, Today: Executive juries from around the world – including FCB Aotearoa senior art director Vikki Cheng, Ogilvy NZ ceo Kam Maxwell, and VMLY&R NZ ECD Kim Pick – will discuss the best work from this year’s Gerety Awards as the final deadline of Friday 12 May approaches.
Now in its 5th edition Gerety holds judging sessions in 10 different cities each year. Almost a thousand female leaders have joined the jury since its inception.
This year alone there are 190 judges – all female – from 40 countries.
Judging sessions will be held in Bogota, Chicago, London, Stockholm, Bucharest, Madrid, Dubai, Berlin, Mumbai, Sydney, and Auckland.
A diamond is forever
The awards are named for Frances Gerety, the copywriter who in 1948 coined the slogan “A diamond is forever”.
