Stuff’s Brand Connections commercial team has made two strategic appointments to its Metro team.
Headed by Director of Metro Markets Vijai Raju, the Metro team is responsible for building campaigns that deliver for Stuff’s business customers across Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
Julia Scott joins the Wellington team as Head of Sales – Central. She will be responsible for the Wellington and Manawatū direct sales teams, building client solutions across the breadth and depth of Stuff media assets.
An experienced manager with over 20 years of experience in the media industry, Scott has a demonstrated history of leadership and building high-performance teams.
She brings with her experience in media strategy, integration and driving revenue results, having previously worked in digital, print and radio with both Stuff and NZME. Scott starts on 30 November.
Melisa Sinclair joins the team as Magazine Advertising Manager for NZ Gardener and The TV Guide. She will be responsible for developing the commercial strategy and connecting advertisers with the large and engaged audiences in these loved titles. NZ House & Garden reaches an audience of over 360,000, the leader in the home, garden and entertaining category. While the much-loved The TV Guide reaches 339,000 Kiwis*.
Sinclair has extensive experience in sales and leadership across magazines and has worked on some of New Zealand’s best titles including NZ House & Garden, NZ Gardener and Cuisine.
For the past decade, Sinclair has led Media Boutique where she has been representing Stuff’s magazine’s division as an independent media consultant, so her familiarity with the brands and their audience ensures a smooth transition. Sinclair joins Stuff in early December.
