Creative data agency FCB/SIX has joined forces with Kiwibank, the largest New Zealand-owned bank, to lead their direct customer engagement account.
Taking a lead on Kiwibank’s data-driven customer communications strategy, FCB/SIX will focus on creating innovative, digitally led communications which resonate with its audience, reflecting Kiwibank’s ambition to scale its engagement across its customer base.
