Business Development & Campaign Director

Our client is an independent full-service advertising agency based in Auckland. They are searching for a charismatic and ambitious senior client service professional to join their team. This is a senior leadership role, with responsibility for servicing existing clients as well as developing new business.  

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

• 5-10 years’ agency experience and a genuine love of the industry
• Confidence, gravitas, and the ability to add value and build trust, both with clients and the team
• Experience developing and winning new business
• The ability to write outstanding creative briefs and campaign strategy
• Strengths and knowledge in all aspects of digital marketing

This role requires you to be hands-on with client management and campaign delivery, working through strategic problem-solving, writing briefs, championing and presenting high quality creative work, and supervising production through to output.
