Independent PR agency Undertow Media is glossing up its portfolio, adding the Estée Lauder Companies to its ever-growing client list.
After a competitive pitch, the agency has been appointed as ELC’s retained New Zealand PR partner and will manage all media and influencer initiatives for the esteemed beauty powerhouse.
Kate Gildea, Enterprise Marketing & Data Director for Estée Lauder Companies ANZ, says the agency is the perfect fit as they never miss a beat – or a beauty trend.
“We are delighted to be partnering with Undertow Media. Their exemplary reputation in New Zealand, coupled with their extensive experience working with premium lifestyle brands, makes them an ideal partner,” she says.
“Their strong understanding of both traditional and social media landscapes will be invaluable to further grow the presence of The Estée Lauder Companies’ brands in New Zealand.”
The agency will represent a suite of the business’s iconic brands, driving awareness and elevating their local presence. These include Estée Lauder, M·A·C, Bobbi Brown, La Mer, Clinique, Tom Ford Beauty, Jo Malone London and Aveda
“Getting to work with ELC feels like we’ve just unlocked the ultimate beauty kit,” says Jess Mayhew, General Manager – Head of Consumer at Undertow.
“From La Mer to M·A·C, Jo Malone London to Estée Lauder, these are the names that define the beauty industry. We can’t wait to craft campaigns that celebrate these legendary brands and make a local impact.”
Undertow Media was founded in 2013 and boasts a range of high-profile clients such as Woolworths, Fujifilm, Beam Suntory, Logitech and Dulux.
