Growth agency Concentrate was named a winner in the Product Excellence category at HubSpot’s semi-annual 2024 Impact Awards for a website project for Chelsea Sugar.
HubSpot uses the award to recognise members of its Solutions Partner Program who go above and beyond to help their customers grow better.
With a mission to future-proof their growing website including their repository of over 2000+ recipes and 20,000 customer reviews, Concentrate created a solution powered by HubSpot that has provided Chelsea with greater flexibility and technical longevity. The result has been a better experience for recipe users and the Chelsea team.
Meaningful connections
“Building meaningful connections with our customers is at the core of everything we do at HubSpot, and we are grateful to have Concentrate as a solutions partner who help us to deliver on this promise,” says Angela O’Dowd, VP, Solutions Partner Program, HubSpot.
“Concentrate’s customer-centricity and dedication have been truly impressive, and their innovative use of the platform is a demonstration of their deep product expertise.”
Owen Scott, Concentrate’s Managing Director says, “Growing up there was always home baking in the tins – often from a Chelsea Sugar recipe, so it was a huge honour to work with Chelsea Sugar to get them a digital-forward solution to transform their content processes and their user experience.
“Our team collaborated with Chelsea Sugar to design and architect a custom solution that worked for this complex project. For that I couldn’t be prouder.”
Scott adds, “And of course, HubSpot was the absolute powerhouse platform to deliver the goods in a tailored and masterful way.”
Recognising partner achievements
The Impact Awards are given on a semi-annual basis in four categories:
- Product Excellence
- Platform Excellence
- Technical Expertise
- Platform Migration Excellence
In addition to the semiannual awards, HubSpot also gives five annual awards that recognise partner achievements across the entire year: Global Partner of the Year, Partner of the Year, Rookie of the Year, Customer First, and DI&B Champion. All winners are recognised in the Impact Awards Hall of Fame.
