Motion Sickness has won Shine Lawyers’ global creative and strategy account after a competitive pitch process.
The Auckland-based creative agency‘s unconventional, non-advertising approach appealed to and resonated with Shine’s vision for the future, says the Australian legal firm.
“Motion Sickness’ work stood out because it doesn’t look or feel like advertising. Their thinking is fresh, unexpected, and gets to the heart of how people connect with ideas,” says Shine’s Chief Marketing Officer Shannan Madden. “That’s exactly what we need as we continue to evolve our brand.”
A new chapter for Motion Sickness
The partnership marks a new chapter for Motion Sickness, as it expands further into Australia.
GM Alex McManus says the team is stoked to be working with Shine Lawyers.
“They came to us with big ambitions and a real appetite for doing things differently, which is the kind of brief we love. The work we pitched pushed well beyond traditional advertising – it’s exciting to be partnering with a client who’s ready to lean into that.
“Australia is a big focus for us as we continue to grow, and Shine’s people – driven by a strong conviction to right wrong – are who we want to be working with.”
