Publicis Groupe Aotearoa has relocated its Auckland-based agencies and business units to a new home at 34 Sale Street in Auckland CBD.
Publicis chose the Sale Street building for its easy access to transport links and its proximity to Victoria Park and Les Mills fitness studios to support employee health and wellbeing.
The shift aims to strengthen Publicis Groupe’s connected platform offering in New Zealand. The platform combines creative, media, data, technology, CX, PR, and production capabilities to deliver transformative marketing solutions.
Saatchi & Saatchi NZ, MBM, Spark Foundry NZ, KiwiPlates, Publicis Media Exchange (PMX), Herd MSL, Breakout Room and digital business transformation company Publicis Sapient have all moved into the new office.

A strategic step forward
Saatchi & Saatchi NZ CEO & Publicis Groupe NZ chief connection officer, Mark Cochrane says: “This move marks a strategic step forward for our connected platform of companies, capabilities and talent.
“Our new workspace has been designed to energise our teams, inspire great work and encourage collaboration to deliver even greater impact for our clients on their marketing transformation journeys. It’s about creating a sense of belonging within a connected culture, while still respecting the distinct identities, magic and needs of each agency.”
MBM CEO Lee-Ann Morris adds, “Sale Street is a space that reflects who we are. By coming together under one roof, we’re creating the conditions for deeper collaboration and sharper thinking. Each agency will have its own tailored, private space that reflects its unique culture, ways of working and brand spirit, while being part of a wider collective. We will be closer to the heart of Auckland, and better connected – to our clients, our partners and each other.”
