Following a recent competitive pitch, Auckland indie True has picked up iconic Kiwi retailer Postie.
Founded in Reefton in 1909 as a drapery and boot shop, Postie has been part of New Zealand life for 111 years.
Postie’s Head of eCommerce and Marketing, Emma Epp, said True was selected for their understanding of the affordable fashion category and their retail chops.
“True’s response to the brief demonstrated they got us and they got the market. We are the first choice for Kiwi families looking for on-trend, value women’s fashion, baby, children’s and menswear and we’re confident the platform they presented will be instrumental in keeping us there.”
True’s Managing Director, Steve Kane, said they’re delighted to be working with Postie.
“The Postie team have a clearly defined vision and are very passionate about offering on-trend, accessible and ethically sourced fashion that’s designed by Kiwis for Kiwis. We’re looking forward to helping them realise that ambition.”
The appointment is effective immediately.
