AUCKLAND, Today: The Magazine Publishers Association has signed a panel of high-achieving indie publishers & journos for its upcoming seminar, The New Mags, in just 10 days.
School Road publisher Sido Kitchin – with the second fortnightly edition of her smart new title, Woman, in shops now – will tell her story, alongside Simon Farrell-Green (Here), Kelly Bertrand (Capsule). Konstantin Richter & Verena Friederike Hasel (North & South), and Zoe Walker Ahwa (Ensemble).
Each will speak for 10 minutes, then answer questions.

MPA executive director Sally Duggan said: “Now’s your chance to meet the people behind some of our new indie magazines in an informal MPA seminar sponsored by AUT.
“You’ll hear from new publishers and editors about the vision for their titles and the challenges they are meeting along the way.”
