AUCKLAND, Thursday: Kingsland-based full-service indie Darkhorse persuaded All Blacks & Sevens stars to strip to their Jockeys for this year’s behind-the-scenes shoot.
For most of the boys in black, it was the first time they had the honour of strutting their stuff in the latest season of Jockeys.
“We felt really comfortable around each other and the Darkhorse/Jockey team were really encouraging.”
ABs Patrick Tuipulotu, Richie Mo’unga and Jordie Barrett were named as the newest Jockey models, debuting their skills in the 2021 campaign.
Mo’unga said: “For us, we were all in the same boat; this is our first time doing it. We felt really comfortable around each other and the agency team were really encouraging. They made us feel comfortable and ensured we had everything we needed.”
For 20 years the All Blacks have promoted the sale of Jockey underwear. Jockey is an official sponsor of the All Blacks and All Blacks Sevens.
