After reporting a YOY 12 percent growth in the first quarter of 2021, LUMO Digital Outdoor has announced a growth in its team. This as the out of home outfit looks to further expand its digital operations, sales support and marketing.
Starting immediately, the three fresh faces to the team include Digital Operations Executive, Rachel Alexander; Account Manager, Emma Small; and Content Producer Tamsin George.
Alexander joins LUMO from QMS, where she has been working across digital operations for the past three years. A key part of the operations team, Rachel has hit the ground running and is broadening her technology and design knowledge across the LUMO platforms.
“After working for several years in DOOH I am thrilled to be part of the innovative LUMO team at the forefront of cutting edge technology and ideas,” she says of the appointment.
Small joins from her role across Agricultural, Business & Corporate Accounts for Meridian Energy. She will be supporting the sales team reporting and assisting with lead generation and planning.
“I’m looking forward to this next phase of my career at LUMO supporting the sales team with data and insights to create the best campaign results for clients,” says Small.
Lastly, Tamsin George steps into the LUMO Marketing team. Over her career George has spanned print at Bauer Media and across social and online for national and international brands and retailers. She also co-owns Mildred&Co, an online wedding registry and gift store and understands first-hand the challenges SMEs face.
“There is so much opportunity in DOOH and LUMO has plenty of stories to tell with great campaigns and thought provoking strategies. I’m excited to be working with such a smart and forward-thinking team,” she says.
For Phil Clemas, CEO for LUMO, these new faces come at a very exciting time for the OOH provider.
“Business success is underpinned by great people doing amazing work in partnership with our supply partners, client partners and in unison with each other. We could see the light post-Covid late last year and before we knew it, we suddenly needed to find new people to help us with growth. Rachel, Emma and Tamsin each bring talent, capability and attitude and I can’t wait for them to find their feet in our fast-moving business.”
