AUCKLAND, Today: Parnell-based social media agency Culture has taken out the top honour at last night’s Social Media Marketing Awards, where it was named the Best Social Media Agency across all categories.
The awards – run by the Social Media Marketing Institute in Brisbane – aim to recognise the best in social media campaigns across Australia and New Zealand – including business, platform, campaign, and strategy and innovation.
Culture was entered into Best Cross Platform Campaign for their work on KFC Lolli-pop Chicken, Best Integrated Campaign for Rebel Sport Get Christmas Fit and Best Use of Facebook for Briscoes Live Life Better campaign.
“To receive these accolades is a great honour, particularly when some of the social media campaigns we have seen this year have been outstanding.”
Culture ceo Ryan Newton says the team are delighted with the win.
“The last 12 months have thrown up many challenges, not only for the industry but for the people working in it.
“This win goes a long way to acknowledging the talent and work ethic within the team. Our team has doubled in size over the past year, and the best thing is, we’re just getting started.
