FCB Media has won the Vodafone media account including media strategy, planning and buying, following a successful pitch process earlier this year.
This win is effective from 1 July 2022. In a timely move, FCB Media recently announced a future proofing strategy for its Leadership Team.
FCB Media will work alongside Vodafone in-house digital media and creative teams and with their creative partners as part of a wider partnership eco-system.
“Our natural chemistry was evident from the outset and we love that we have a shared ambition to push boundaries and do truly transformative work,” Terri Collier, FCB Media Managing Director.
“By consulting on how we can build connected ecosystems across external and in-house agencies, we’ll ensure Vodafone’s media investment becomes a sustainable competitive advantage that wins both greater share of mind and disproportionate share of relevance. It’s exciting to work with team of great marketers and creative partners and we can’t wait to get stuck in.”
Georgia Mahaffie, Vodafone Head of Brand and Marketing, says the team are on a “mission to be even more customer-obsessed in everything we do”.
“For us this means delivering connected, channel experiences to all our current and future customers. We needed a strategic, data driven partner that can understand our business, simplify our communications strategy, and help us relevantly connect with Aotearoa. FCB Media got this straight away and we’re so excited to have such an enthusiastic partner to work with us on this journey.”
