Led by Matt Oxley, the innovation team provides a wide range of digital services including CX strategy, user experience design of websites and apps, and their visual design and development, to clients such as the University of Auckland, Coloursteel, Winstone Wallboards and the Human Rights Commission.
The latest recruits to Oxley’s team are Nicola Morris (senior digital project manager), Jenanne Burnell (digital project manager), Kevin Reynolds (lead developer) and Hannah Yu (digital designer).

“We’ve always had very strong core capabilities in Ogilvy Experience but, with so much growth coming our way this year, we needed to expand the team to ensure we continue to deliver exceptional work for our clients,” says Oxley.

Ogilvy NZ managing partner Megan Clark Cook said: “As a force to be reckoned with, Ogilvy is seeing ongoing growth across our portfolio of existing clients while also winning significant new business in both digital experience and our integrated offering.
