Warner Bros. Discovery ANZ today announced two new appointments within the commercial team.
Tama Sefuiva joins Warner Bros. Discovery WBD this month as Business Development Manager, an exciting new role working with New Zealand brands right across WBD’s local and global offering, bringing these brands to life through its ‘Knack by WBD’ content solutions offering.
James Hole, Operations and Revenue Strategy Director, joins Warner Bros. Discovery in April, a pivotal role working across all platforms.
Donna Gurney, Senior Director of Ad Sales, Warner Bros. Discovery ANZ says: “In a complex landscape where linear, live streaming and on-demand must come together to truly reflect the scale and value of television audiences, having someone with James’ level of expertise and strategic thinking join the Warner Bros. Discovery team is an important step towards our future state.”
“Warner Bros. Discovery has a unique offering in the New Zealand market combining local content with global scale, sharing a world stage with our clients and their valued brands. Tama is exactly the person to drive our outbound International Ad Sales forward and we can’t wait to share these opportunities with the market.”
James Hole says: “Warner Bros. Discovery is a leading global media player with strong growth potential in this market. The evolving FTA, BVOD and SVOD landscape presents huge opportunity and I look forward to making a real difference in the commercial function and its success.”
Tama Sefuiva says: “Joining the team at Warner Bros. Discovery is an easy decision – it’s home to one of the most expansive content libraries globally, coupled with some of the best storytellers. Helping New Zealand businesses leverage this portfolio and talent to tell their stories is a unique opportunity and I am so excited about what we can do for audiences and brands alike.”
