Sophie Vahry steps up to Strategy Partner, ready to lead client strategies and Momentum’s vision with Natalia Taylor. Violet Ellis steps up as Head of Performance, backed by over 13 years of experience, she helms a burgeoning team of digital experts spanning programmatic advertising, search, social media, data attribution, and SEO.

To bolster its performance division, Momentum has made two strategic hires aimed at enhancing service for current clients, fostering new creative agency partnerships, and capitalising on recent business acquisitions.
Latisha Modak joins as Performance Director after a stint at OMD as Digital Director, where she focused on first-party data solutions and digital strategies for key clients like SKY TV. Additionally, Kath Wu has come on board as Performance Manager in 2023, arriving from FCB New Zealand with a rich background in programmatic advertising for clients such as Mitre 10, the Electoral Commission, and NZ Police.
“Expanding our performance team is pivotal to meeting client and market demand. We‘re bolstering our team of specialists and advancing our technology to make the most of the evolving media landscape,” Ellis states.
Natalia Taylor, the business founder/director, sees the bolstered team as a catalyst for Momentum’s continued advancement. “With our rebranding and the impetus we’ve built, we’re more than ready for the opportunities ahead in 2024 and beyond.
