Best Places to Work returns with recruiters celebrating

AUCKLAND, Today: Almost a decade after taking a break, Aotearoa’s favourite workplace survey, Best Places to Work, is back! This time, it’s not just about recognition—it’s also a chance for employers and recruiters to connect with top talent.

Launched in the early 2000s, the Best Places to Work program shines a spotlight on Kiwi businesses that offer outstanding employee experiences. This year, stuff.co.nz and Caffeine are spearheading the survey and awards, bringing everything from stories to winner announcements into a special content hub.

The survey, crafted with the help of Humankind, TRA, and EMA, helps pinpoint New Zealand’s top workplaces across categories like wellness, diversity, innovation, and work/life balance.

There’s also a masterclass workshop series lined up, where industry experts and award winners will converge to discuss the secrets of employee engagement.

“We want to make New Zealand the best place to work for everyone.”

Matt Headland, Managing Director at Stuff Group Brand Connections, remarks, “The Best Places to Work content hub is a great platform for businesses to build their employer brand and reputation as an exceptional place to work.

“It will connect recruiters and companies with jobseekers looking for the best workplaces in the country and to other companies that share their values.”

The Best Places to Work content hub not only helps businesses and recruiters show off their culture, but it also connects them with job seekers and like-minded companies. Advertising opportunities on this hub and across stuff.co.nz can help them reach the largest digital news audience in New Zealand.

Best Places to Work CEO Julie Gill is eager to honour and foster outstanding workplace cultures: “We want to make New Zealand the best place to work for everyone.” Joining Best Places to Work highlights your dedication to employee happiness and provides valuable data to further improve your workplace.
