Momentum Group is entering 2025 with a leadership expansion, welcoming Zac Stephenson as Managing Director and Kate McDowell as Group Business Director.

Stephenson brings over 25 years of experience leading top agencies such as OMD, Ikon, and MediaCom/EssenceMediacom. Known for his ability to unlock growth, build high-performing teams, and redefine what’s possible for independent agencies, his appointment signals a new era for Momentum Group.
