AUCKLAND, Today: Ambient outdoor exponents Shout Media has added two specialists – Jay Drew and Olivia Innes – to its growing sales team.
Jay Drew has joined as senior account manager, from Mediacom. “He had a short intern role at Shout a few years ago so when he applied for the role, we were well aware of his strengths,” said Shout MD Paul Kenny.
“With over five years of agency experience he is well placed to develop and implement Shout’s sales strategy.
“While recruiting for Jay, we had another outstanding candidate, Olivia Innes, who made it clear we had to create a position for her.
“Olivia joins us from TVNZ and will assist sales director Jen Sergel across key accounts as well as having responsibility for her own agencies.
“This month (Covid permitting) Shout will launch two new digital networks.”
Jan Sergel said: “Olivia’s skill set spans all aspects of sales and marketing, and we are really excited she has joined the team.”
This month (Covid permitting) Shout will launch two new digital networks, Study in Universities and NoticeBoard in Secondary Schools.
Shout purchased the existing Study network from oOh Media in July and NoticeBoards is a collaboration with Wellington-based Obvious Brand Partners.
Paul Kenny said: “Study and NoticeBoard fit Shout’s portfolio perfectly, sitting alongside and complementing our existing youth focused platforms. They also expand our digital footprint, which is a strong part of our future focus.
Study in Universities launches in September with 16 tertiary campuses nationwide and NoticeBoard in 20 high schools.
