Welcoming Alexandra Leckie: The newest addition to Hemisphere’s ambidextrous thinkers

WELLINGTON, Monday: Leading Oriental Bay indie Hemisphere is welcoming Alexandra Leckie to their Wellington office as kaitohutohu ratonga kiritak/client service specialist.

Hemisphere kairataki Dr Tim Antric said: “With roots in the Wairarapa and a thriving 14-year history in capital, Alexandra brings a fresh perspective to the ambidextrous thinkers at Hemisphere.

“Alexandra’s passion for the natural world led her to captivating roles at Wellington Zoo and Zealandia, before jumping into the world of marketing.

“Alexandra’s passion for marketing, for Aotearoa, and her fit with our values makes her the perfect kaimahi for Hemisphere.

“Her previous roles with Assignment Group and Strategy Creative, and then collaborating with so many talented creatives as a freelance, mean she’s fit right in!

“Why Hemisphere? Alexandra was drawn by the agency’s deep-rooted social values and renowned behaviour-changing campaigns.

“Alexandra brings with her a passion for human connection and building relationships.”

Alexandra Leckie said: “I think this industry has a reputation of being a bit shallow, just clever ways to sell stuff.

“It’s so much more than that. Through engagement, research, and thoughtful design we can solve problems, inspire, and create real change within our communities.

“It’s exciting.

“I’m really looking forward to working with and learning from some compelling and talented people, clients and colleagues alike. I look forward to contributing to Hemisphere’s growing success”

She joined Hemisphere on Monday 2 October.
