Music video network Vevo has appointed Teresa Ly as head of sales Australia and New Zealand, leading sales strategy and client partnerships across both markets.
An experienced media sales leader, Ly joins from Acast where she delivered consistent revenue growth, launched the business into New Zealand and built a strong track record in developing high-performing teams across ANZ.
Her career spans digital audio, publishing and cross-platform media, with senior roles at Immediate Media in London, News Corp Australia and MCN. Throughout, she has built a reputation for driving growth, strengthening client relationships and leading teams with clarity and energy.
A perfect match
Tim O’Connor, general manager, APAC sales, says: “Teresa’s commercial acumen and people-first leadership style are a perfect match for Vevo’s vision in ANZ.
“She has a strong track record of driving growth and leading high-performing teams in fast-moving media environments.
“We’re looking forward to welcoming her into the business and seeing the impact of her leadership in the months ahead.”
Ready to build strong momentum
Ly says: “Vevo is synonymous with music culture, and music videos create such an incredible emotional response for so many people.
“It’s a huge and undervalued opportunity for advertisers to create genuine connections with their audiences.
“There’s so much opportunity across ANZ to help brands show up in more meaningful and relevant ways in these moments, and I’m looking forward to building on the strong momentum already in place with this amazing team.”
