AUCKLAND, Today: Nationwide outdoor company Go Media has appointed three fresh faces to their Auckland-based sales team.
John Orfanos joins next week as business development manager with a focus on growing Auckland based direct clients.
He brings with him a wealth of outdoor media and direct sales experience from to his time at QMS and Phantom.
Orfanos said: “Go has been a business I’ve been wanting to be a part of for a while, so when the opportunity came up to join the team I jumped at it. Go’s reputation in the outdoor space as a leader, and partnerships with the community are huge pluses for me and can’t wait to be involved.”
Tyler Christie joined recently as agency account manager, bringing experience across agency, outdoor media vendors and being a client himself.
“We’ve been building a rocket-ship over the last few years and 2022 is the year we light the fuse in Auckland.”
Christie said: “It’s so cool to work for a New Zealand owned media company, with such a fantastic network & coverage across NZ.
Katie Ujdur joined just as the team went into lockdown as agency account manager.
After finishing university, she began work at QMS and built up four years of direct client experience.
Go Media GM Simon Teagle said: “We’ve been building a rocket-ship over the last few years and 2022 is the year we light the fuse in Auckland – with 15 new sites to appear in Auckland over the next few months.
“We will have an Auckland network of near 30 quality digital screens which the majority will be brand new, located in sought after areas outside the CBD.
“With such plans we recognised the need to recruit experienced outdoor salespeople with hunter instincts to compliment the strong team we already have.
“The Go Media family love having Katie and Tyler on board, and we are sure John with thrive in our environment too.”
