Publicis Groupe Aotearoa’s new data hub to relieve industry challenges for marketers

Publicis Groupe Aotearoa has launched a new data and technology service.

The Data Intelligence Hub is designed to tackle current industry challenges by providing tools that help clients grow and drive their marketing transformations.

Kiwi businesses, particularly their marketers, are under immense pressure today, says Publicis. This is driven by business pressure to deliver ROI, unexpected technology shifts, the push to innovate with AI and growing expectations for security and governance over proprietary and customer data.

The new service responds to these by bringing all of the services that marketers typically engage with under one roof and aligning them directly with the client’s organisational goals, says Publicis.

Delivered by a local team, including Publicis’ digital leaders, the hub also offers a suite of services.

These include dashboard development and market research, advanced web analytics, UX/CV and e-commerce capabilities, data unification and the creation of data cleanrooms and the development of predictive models such as econometrics modelling and generative AI applications.

Data intelligence hub lead Emily Isle says: “The Hub has been designed to meet the growing demand for an integrated, data-led service model that can deliver fit-for-purpose data and technology solutions tailored to each client’s unique business or organisational needs. It’s comprehensive, trustworthy and makes it easy to engage.

“By drawing on the depth of data and technology expertise across our NZ agencies, we’re offering clients the best of both worlds – access to leading specialists and seamless execution across the full data spectrum, all backed by Publicis Groupe’s intelligent system of tools and capabilities.”
